The DG Design Network

The DG Design Network (DGDN) website (the “Site”) is intended to inform and inspire. It is a community, a magazine, a showcase, a wayfinder and a library. As such we publish and feature a wide range of creative work in words and pictures from many sources. We respect the fruits of creative labours and trust that our visitors and members do too. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are for the benefit of everyone. While wishing to make as much worthwhile material as possible available to a wide audience, we have responsibilities to those whose work we include, safeguarding all material on the site as best we can. The Terms may be amended from time to time. If you have objections to any part of the Terms, you should immediately discontinue use of the Site.

The content of the Site, all sub-sites and all related sites, whether part of a site or downloadable via a site, is the property of DG International Media Pty Ltd (DGiM), unless another entity has prior claim. Member’s responsibility
Members are responsible for the use and activity of their membership. Membership is issued for specific people or organisations according to a schedule of membership fees and types. Membership benefits are for the specified person, group, institution or entity only and are not transferable. Fraudulent, abusive or illegal use is prohibited. Where studios, institutions or entities other than individuals are members, those members are responsible for the conduct of the membership in addition to any responsibility borne by the users.

Terms and Conditions
By accessing the Site you agree to be bound by the Terms which may be varied at any time without notice. The Terms may relate to any DG International Media (DGiM) publication or any DGiM website.
Payment for Membership of DGDN makes members eligible for DGDN membership benefits which may vary from time to time. No specific benefit is deemed to have been paid for other than membership. Any individual membership may be terminated at any time by DGiM without reason being given. Membership payments are not refundable for any reason.
DGiM may vary, suspend or discontinue service, content or membership benefits at any time without notice. The access profile for members and non-members may also be changed without notice or liability.
DGiM offers no warranties whatsoever, express or implied, without limitation. DGiM is not responsible for third party sites and is not responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from membership of DGDN or relating to the content of any DGiM publication or any DGiM site.

DGiM does not represent or endorse any information, opinion or other material supplied by a third party and displayed in any DGiM publication or on any DG site. DGiM is not responsible for the accuracy of any information published. Acceptance of these terms and conditions acknowledges that you use or rely on any information solely at your risk.

Please select carefully when joining or purchasing items through the DG Design Network. Payments for Memberships are not refundable. Refunds will be made for goods that are defective or not supplied. Proof of purchase may be required.

Privacy policy
Your privacy is important to us. Any contact with DGiM, or the use of the Site may involve the collection of information about you. Some of this information is collected to confirm your identity, ensure your protection, enable contact via phone or email, enable delivery of posted items, enable DGiM or one of its partners to contact you, or to help us provide a better service. Statistics are collected for our use and the use of our partners or advertisers.

DGiM reserves the right to contact anyone who contacts us. If you are not currently a DGDN member, you may request that your details be quarantined against disclosure to any third party or to be deleted completely from our databases.

DG recognises that anyone becoming a member of a professional network such as DGDN will have an interest in being kept up-to-date with professional information and will agree that DGiM may contact them regarding industry and professional matters. Such contact may involve the sending out of professional information, details of special features, details of special offers, questionnaires and alerts.

DGiM does not share your details with third parties with the exception of shared promotions that are deemed to be of interest to DGDN members, in which cases this is clearly stated. DGiM does not sell your personal information to anyone. However, Members may request not to be contacted on matters that do not relate directly to their DGDN membership.

In some instances, products or services are provided by DGiM affiliates. In such cases, the affiliate’s privacy policy will apply and you should acquaint yourself with such policies.

Anyone using the internet should be aware of the problems and dangers of doing so. DGiM will do what we can to protect your privacy but no guarantees are offered in all circumstances.
